Which would be harder, an NFL player being tossed into a Canadian game or vise-versa?

I am not referring to skill level of the players, I mean the 3 downs vs 4, the longer field, deeper endzones... which player would be able to adapt and perform closest to their normal level in their own game?

I think that the CFL would be harder to adjust for an American player, because of the longer field. You have to be more agile.

Also, most Canadians like me grow up watching the NFL and the CFL, so we know the rules for both. An American without much exposure to the CFL, that would definitely be a big adjustment, especially just after leaving college.
