The work force that is employed is asked to work harder, work longer, and receive less pay, and then they are taxed to support the leisure that increased efficiency has provided for the remaining unemployed labor force that seek social welfare because the labor was not divided rationally to provide them with employment opportunity.

The result is a polarization of the real issue of labor reform.
