put simply, it's the light passing through certain particles (nitrogen i think, though i may be wrong) this reaction makes the sky blue, it's not the reflection from the ocean

The blue colour of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering which means as light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Very little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air; however, much of the shorter wavelength light(blue) is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in every direction. So, no matter where you look, you see the scattered blue light.

EDIT: The sky is NOT blue because of the reflection of the ocean lol. The ocean is blue because of the reflection of the sky.

Well, ..., the sky is actually clear.

It appears blue to us all because of a phenomenon known as Ray Leigh scatter. Basically, When the sun is at either horizon, light is scattered towards the Red end of the spectrum. That is why we see the beautiful Red's and Oranges near sunrise and sunset. When, the sun climbs overhead light is scattered towards the Blue end of the spectrum yielding the blue skies that we all know and love. See the link below

It's a phenomenon called Rayleigh scattering.

I believe it's a reflection of the ocean or we have one crazy sky

i think it is because of the ocean reflection . im not so sure myself . but i have heard this answered somewhere.
