Do you believe eating animals is the natural circle of Life?

I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't support hunting or animal cruelty. However I believe eating eat is the circle of life. Animals eat each other in the wild to survive.

What's your opinion?

Update:

*Eating meat

Update 2:

@Garcia, I see your point and we DON'T have to eat meat if choose not too, but at least we have a choice, and if the animal is already dead, why not?

Nope I don't believe that at all. I'm not a vegetarian either but I believe we were meant to eat nuts berries and veggies. Then again we were given the minds to be able to make tools to hunt, whereas most predators already have their tools built in. Who really knows? If you believe in the bible, in the Garden of Eden was there any hunting or was it just paradise with all the vegetation they needed? *shrugs* we will never know.

It may be natural for non human animals, but it doesn't mean its right.

You can't use the appeal to nature fallacy to justify eating meat. With that reasoning you could say: Since female praying mantises eat male praying mantises after mating and it occurs in nature, then it must be valid that human females must chow down on human males after intercourse. Animals eat meat because they are not only ignorant of their actions, but also their physiology requires them to eat meat. Humans are not required to eat meat. Although people have canine teeth, this doesn't mean we have to eat meat. Humans are capable of rationalizing their actions and also capable of finding alternative sources of protein, calcium, iron, and vitamin B12 to incorporate into their diet instead of chewing on animal flesh. All in all, nature doesn't give a shitttt about ethics.

Yes I have to agree with you on this one. I cannot stand to see animals beaten or treated the way they are.

It is for animals but I don't think it is for humans.

As humans, beings that are aware of our actions, that can reason, rationalise etc, I believe that we should care for other creatures. And I think that the way humans exploit animals is disgusting, it is not natural to harvest creatures for our own gain.
