Is my boss a psycho or just REALLY annoying?

'Psycho' is a bit overboard there but I say she's seems really deticated and determine to her work environment. So I say she's hard worker there,nothing wrong there.- xoxo!

my boss is a psychomaniac indian guy. he snaps and becomes enraged if you dont pronounce words the same as him. hes on a huge power trip and hes so arrogant and about himself that he loves telling everyone how he's the self acclaimed ceo and president of his little private company. dont ceo's and presidents get elected in democracy's?

he has a vendetta against white people. he singled me out to take out his personal garbage every night because im white. he also told me to get on the floor and lick his feet and then ran off into the other room to giggle about it like a little school girl child. he says i look "sinister" and that i resemble a "school shooter". he also called my sister that hes never met a "stripper". he calls his own wife a "wench" and his subordinates "fu*king idiots". he gets off on insulting people and then telling them all the issues that he feels they have. god forbid someone gets upset when theyre told to lick someones feet.

I think its all because he's got a complex from resembling middle eastern people.

i didn't put his name on the top of an email and he said i disrespected him. thats the most he could come up with.

you cant stand up for yourself or talk back to him in his little dictatorship world either. hence the reason im no longer there.

I think you are crazy for posting this. Hello...ever consider your boss might read this? I also think you are disrespectful. Most likely she's doing it b/c one of you is a slacker. Probably you since you wasted time asking this question.
