Find a time where maybe there is something she may need help on that you could say "hey well if you like we can go get a coffee at star bucks and i can give you an hand with it if you like? or even if she said possibly i need to go into town for something you could say, oh me too and then say "well if you want i can meet you in town and we could do some shopping and get a coffee afterwards?" or if you find that your chatting about something that could be a really interesting long conversation just say, "do fancy getting a coffee? we can have chat and a drink too!"
