So my Dad signed the title to my blazer over to me and sent me the title in the mail. He lives in Illinois and I live in Ohio. He didn't get it notarized :( Who will notarize the title without him being here with me? No notary will notorize something that was not signed in front of them. You're going to have to mail it back to your father, he's going to have to get it notorized and mail it back to you.
