Skin help for Homestuck Trolls?

Hi, I'm going to cosplay Vriska Serket for Anime USA. But I have no idea what to use for the skin. I can't order anything online (for the sake of time), but do you guys know what I can use? Body paint, foundation, etc?

    what i do is just buy gray like face/body paint they sell it at wall mart or kmart,have fun :)
