You cannot target where you lose your weight. But, you can do abs workouts and that can tighten the tummy. A tighter tummy can hold back the stomach behind it. Its the same things as beer belly (alcohol deteriorates muscle, so abs go away, belly sticks out more because there are less abs to hold it back)

Loose skin will take time to tighten back up. Until then, you need to focus on your eating. You don't necessarily have to eat less, just eat better. Lean meats such as fish, ckn, 97% lean beef plus a portion of steamed veggies and whole grain rice for lunch and dinner with a healthy lowfat snack between meals, low sugar cereal and some egg whites for breakfast are good ways to cut the fat, yet be able to sustain your energy by giving your body what it needs. Exercise your core, not necessarily crunches and sit ups to start but look up progressive core ex's, balls are a gooD tool for that. And get yourself on a jogging, cycling, or swimming regimen where you can get your heart rate and metabolism up to be able to burn fat. I'm not a nutrition major but lost 15 lbs to lean out from this type of activity, and as soon as my baby is born am hitting the gym hard. Good luck!!!

This is normal after pregnancy. Many women have to struggle with it. Very rarely does a woman NOT have this issue.

It took you 9 months to stretch out that much, you won't snap back after birth. You need to work out, eat right, and be patient.

    Eat less, exercise more.
