I have feelings for a special lady?

I have these feelings for this lady that i have met like 2 months ago. She is shy and has a ruff time with relationship in her past and working hard now to better herself as in finishing college. right now we are just talking to see where it goes but man she is special and very beautiful. We have many things in common. She shy's away when we talk about more. what should i do i am wasting my time?
