Reasonably priced hotels near uptown?

Question

I am throwing a bachelorette party and we will be going to different bars and pubs on McKinney Avenue. The only problem is we do not have a DD.  Is there is any reasonably pried hotels within walking distance near McKinney Avenue Tavern, Black Friar, etc. that you would recommend?
