how come one second my new phone has 5 bars of service but then the next it has none? i've tried..?

turning on and off

turned it off for 10 minutes and its still doing it

whats wrong?

    That means there was no reception at the area u where so u gonna have some bars

    you should call the provider and have them check the towers in your area
