    (lose cool = warm, fighting = war + "M" = 1000 in Roman numerals)

    Oration he' broadcast (2,3,5) ON THE RADIO

    (typo - it should be "oration he'd" broadcast because anagram "oration he'd" = on the radio and means "broadcast")
