I'm 19 years old and I'm wanting to tone my stomach?

I'm not fat so I have no need to burn calories. (I'm 40kg or 88lbs) How many Sit ups a day should I be doing? I just want to tone them not get ripped.. And I don't wanna hear the weight gain story I don't need to.

    You need to find your BMR (basic metabolism rate) via docter then you need to eat a little less then the basic calorie intake the bmr suggests. Of course just like anyone else you need to exercise. If and only if you exercise far more than the average amount are you allowed to eat more then your BMR.
