That is like 3-5 times the size of an average sized home.

13,000 sq feet is a lot square footage. If you consider that the average house size in the US is 2,700 square feet and 5000 square feet is considered a fairly large home - 13,000 is pretty big.

It's the area in a square that's approximately 114 feet on each of it's four sides
