Somebody tell me how to get out of here?

im a teacher from calif who has been unemployed since the big budget cuts in 2008. in order to obtain employment i moved to west virginia to get my credential endorsed. ever since i got here i have been miserable. The only moeny i have is the money that is in my retirement account which is supposed to be in my old age. it is almost half gone now. As soon as i got here both my brother and his wife began to try to talk it out of me. They told me i couod live with them since they dont pay rent or utilities. that comes as part of my brothers contract for a job. they promised me that they would not mind helping me out, if only i pay for the financial responsibiities for my car. i do that.They both started in on me within less than one week of me being here. his wife wanted a 2500 loan knowing that she could not pay me back. my brother just wanted to be big boss of it demanding that i buy new clothes because my clothes were old and according to him people in west virginia really judge you. I kept telling them both that i was unemployed and had to make my money last. They both argued with me telling they knew i could afford it.His wife also figured that since she was letting me live here that she could use my car any time for any reason. (she was the one who invited me here even begged me to come)I kept trying to tell them that the car was all i owned in the world and i had to save the wear and tear on it since i was responsible for the price of its maintainance. I had jsut paid 400 for new tires. She continued to come up with every manipulative measure to try to make me think i had to turn over the keys. I finally broke down in tears and called my aunt in calif just for social support. his wife over heard the conversation and told my brother and now he is always letting me know in so many words or less that i am not welcome. he says You dont count or this is for me and my wife when ever i try to join the conversation for just a few minutes. so I am socially outcasted because i asked my aunt to help me defend my bank account and my car from them

in addition i cant get a drivers license because i am not a resident. in calif I was allowed to use my mothers maiden name and not my birth name as long as no fraud occurred. you did not have to do a legal name change., in west virginia you do have to and i cant do that until i have been here a year.. I have to keep my car registered in calif and lie to my insurance company and make them think i live there still.

I figured i could do that, i would just drive safe and not get stopped by a cop.

I also got an infection in my toe which required several 1000s of medical bills because i am a diabetic and you can get an amputation over stuff like that. i dont have insurance because i am unemployed. a few week after my toe healed, my other toe nail turned all black and if it is not better soon i will have to run up another 1000s bill because that too could lead to an amputation.

The other night. all of a sudden a deer jumped in front of my car and i hit it and it did severl 1000s of damage to my car. Ill have to pay 500 deductible. I have no control over when a deer will do that. i could very well have to pay 500 again and again because i hit some deer all of a sudden. the deer population in west virginia is exploded, plus ill be driving on snow and ice.

I am desperate to get out of west virginia, I want to be safe from the deer that are hazardous and safe from my emotionally abusive familuy.

I can get my credential endorsed in another state, but i dont know which states still hire teachers seeing that the economy is badk. I can also ask Kelly services for a transfer but i dont know which state to go to where there wont be so many deer making the road unsafe. we dont have that problem in calif but we dont have jobs there either. please help i am running out of money. I am miserable here. I dont know how to get out. I dont have anyone to turn to. my family in calif minimizes the issues. they tell me i imagine things and i over react i promise you i am not.
