Because it's fun, simple as that. Your kitten is exercising muscles it will use when it's hunting outside, it's natural instincts are kicking in. What it does to the wall it will do to a tree when it wants to climb that.

Isn't that interesting. I suppose you could say kitty gets excited and likes to jump off the walls. If you don't want kitty do this the start training it not to jump off the walls now while kitty is still young. I wonder if that's where the saying comes from "it's like he/she is jumping off the walls?" I think kitty get over excited and/or like bouncing off the walls.

Have you got something like those floor the ceiling picking posts with plant forms. This might stop kitty from jumping off the walls. Kitty's like high place and this could be what kitty is trying to do. Just a thought.

persians in particular will do this as kittens, they are considered a moderate(over playful) breed of cat, but they do grow out of it. If this persian kitten has no toys that interest her, or get tired of a particular toy, they will do anything to entertain themselfs, this is common in any kitten. You have to understand cats before you own one, when I say this, I mean it in the nicest way, but you should have done research about your cat before you got it......owners that don't are iresponsible.

It's just being a kitten. The walls are her play ground. this would be a good time for cat toys that she can climb and learn how to operate this body the good Lord gave her.

isn't that exciting. i assume you ought to declare kitty gets excited and likes to bounce off the partitions. in case you do no longer desire kitty try this the initiating coaching it to no longer bounce off the partitions now at an identical time as kitty continues to be youthful. i contemplate whether that's the place the announcing comes from "that is like he/she is leaping off the partitions?" i think of kitty recover from excited and/or like bouncing off the partitions. have you ever acquire some thing like those floor the ceiling choosing posts with plant varieties. this could stop kitty from leaping off the partitions. Kitty's like extreme place and this may be what kitty is attempting to do. in straight forward terms a theory.
