What is the perfect tense of haben, sein and geben? (German)?
Is there also different words for du, wir, ihr etc?

Below are the conjugations of the perfect tense of these three verbs:
haben
ich habe gehabt = I have had
du hast gehabt = you (singular informal) have had
er / sie / es hat gehabt = he / she/ it has had
wir haben gehabt = we have had
ihr habt gehabt = you (plural informal) have had
Sie haben gehabt = you ( formal singular and plural) have had
sie haben gehabt = they have had
sein
ich bin gewesen = I have been
du bist gewesen = you (singular informal) have been
er / sie / es ist gewesen = he / she/ it has been
wir sind gewesen = we have been
ihr seid gewesen = you (plural informal) have been
Sie sind gewesen = you ( formal singular and plural) have been
sie sind gewesen = they have been
geben
ich habe gegeben = I have given
du hast gegeben = you (singular informal) have given
er / sie / es hat gegeben = he / she/ it has given
wir haben gegeben = we have given
ihr habt gegeben = you (plural informal) have given
Sie haben gegeben = you ( formal singular and plural) have given
sie haben gegeben = they have given
Examples of these verbs in the perfect tense in a sentence:
Wir haben zwei Katzen gehabt. (We had two cats)
Du bist sehr fleissig gewesen. (You have been very hardworking)
Hans und Petra haben uns Geld gegeben. (Hans and Petra have given us money)
As you will see, it is the auxiliary ("help") verb (haben or sein) that conjugates, not the past participle (gehabt, gewesen, gegeben). Note how the past participle is placed at the end of the sentence.

The first answer to this is using the perfect tense as your question asked, but this is quite long winded, you could also use the imperfect:
Ich hatte : I had war : I was gab : I gave
Du hattest warst gabst
er/sie/es hatte war gab
Wir hatten waren gaben
Ihr hattet wart gabt
sie/Sie hatten waren gaben
You can use the online dictionary 'leo' at the website *http://dict.leo.org/?lang=en* if you type a word, scroll down to the verbs of that search, click on the 'i' icon on the very right, and then click on the word under 'Konjugation / Deklination:' you can see every conjugated form of the verb, it's an excellent site:L
Take note however, that the imperfect tense is never used when speaking, only in written such as articles, books, you must use the perfect tense when speaking or writing beause if you use the imperfect e.g. Ich gab when speaking, it sounds really weird! you can however use the perfect tense whenever you like e.g. Ich habe gegeben.
Good luck with the rest of your german!
