Skyrim the way of the voice quest bug?

Question

Hi guys i got up to the quest the way of the voice and i have all the quest mark completed but i don't have my second word Ro or quest completion. 
This is what i did. i took a short cut and skipped Ivarstead by riding up the left side of the mountain and got to high Hrothgar. When i entered i saw the greybeard and they were like bugging out chasing me and stuff but i couldn't talk to them. i left and reentered but no more greybeards. Then my quest objective marker on map moved to just right of helgen and i went there and found them again. i did my shout and talked to him all my objective got complete but now i don't have the Ro word and i don't know what to do. I don't want to restart....

Hey I JUST dealt with this problem. 

So go wait around for a while (sleep at an inn, etc.), and then FAST TRAVEL back to the high castle that they were supposed to be at originally. 

They should be huddled around in a circle waiting for you, like they should've before the bug happened.
