Why you joined Yahoo Answers and not Wiki answers?

What was the reason you joined Yahoo answers and not some other site like Wiki Answers?

    I had icons for Microsoft Answers and Yahoo Answers. I had NO idea what these were. I thought they were answers about how to use Yahoo. I clicked on both, but found Yahoo's to be more user friendly. I joined and have become obsessed with answering questions. I am really bad at asking questions, however.

    i joined yahoo because i already had this account since i was 5 from misslittlemuffett to teevee to annebloomer and i didnt know about wiki answers.

    i think it was the first questions and answers type of web site or service i knew of, and didn't know that wiki answers existed at the time.

    Because WikiAnswers doesn't have the same interesting things as Y!A does. They don't have points, their questions consist of only intelligent answers taken by sources... I don't know. Y!A is better,
