Stone size influences the rate of spontaneous stone passage. For example, up to 98% of small stones (less than 5 millimeters (0.20 in) in diameter) may pass spontaneously while you are urinating so the management for your case would be pain killers until the stone passes out.So try to bear the pain because you are fortunate that you don't have to go through an operation.

Call your gp today if you can't stand the pain..when I had kidney stones no way in hell I could have been able to type a question on the computer and the pain sure wasn't up by my ribs..your pain may be from something other than the stones and the finding just coincidental. Go see your doctor today. The urologist will do more tests to decide what to do about the stones on wed.

Kidney stone is because of insufficient consumption of water on daily basis.
Not only that, eating salty and spicy foods like masala poori, manchooris, pickles, etc.
Very good medicines (almost inexpensive) are available to treat this in Homoeopathy.
I am herewith giving you a ready to take homoeopathy medicine named CLEARSTONE drops.
U can get this in any Homeo pharmacy.
All the best my dear boy. Take care.
