It depends on the size of the main mouse. For a full grown corn snake, it could eat up to 6 pinkie mice without a problem, or a mixture of one or two pinkies with one or two adolescents, if the adult normally eats one adult mouse. I sometimes vary it to keep my corns from getting bored or if there is a sale.
Corn Snakes can eat mice, special sausages made for snakes (can be ordered online, but are not common in pet stores), chicks (baby chickens), and small rats. I suppose very young quail chicks of a similar size a chicken chick would work fine as well, but I'm not positive.

If they're quite big, and still growing they can eat an extra mouse, one after the other if they're still hungry.
Snakes can also eat chicks, but it depends on the size. I'm not sure if a corn snake could.
and pretty much any small or baby rodents, which again depends on the size, but you need to get them from a reliable source and do some proper research before changing the food. Sometimes they can be fussy.
