Wipers on Chevy truck.?
O.K. This one has me scratching my head. I have a 94 Chevy 1500 and I left my wipers on intermittent last year. The windshield iced by morning when I started my truck not allowing the wipers to wipe. So the wipers worked but only on high. Eventually they got worse to where you had to tilt the column up and down to make them come on and then just stopped working all together. So I changed the whole steering column and the wipers work but only on high. Why wont the intermittent or low work?

Bad wiper relay or wiper control switch / module. Too, possible short in wiring elsewhere that titling the column caused a tug on the related circuit to become closed and functional in said mode of operation.
The exact answer will be dependent on the wiring diagram and functional requirements of your wiper system so a Chilton manual or similar may be in order unless you want to trace each wire manually by hand from A to B to C.

Maybe is the handle of the switch. Ask on a auto zone.
