How do I clean my computer?

I asked a tech what would be the best way to clean my computer. He told me to use CCleaner. I went to walmart but they don't have ccleaner. I think a butt spung is beder. is it ok?

Hey thanks gang. Actually I douse it with CCleaner, Malwarebytes then a shot of AVG. The dishwashing resolution sounds promising though.

    I do my keyboard with the dishes (by hand, not the dishwasher) rinse well and let it dry for two days.
