No, I never have.
I remember being told that if I really had issues with someone, if I was allowing myself to getf angry at them, I had better check myself and see: what it is about me...that makes me feel this anger so strongly.
Most of the time, what I dislike so intensely is actually something I do myself.
I have to ask myself things like: Am I too judgemental, am I jealous, is there a quality in her that is in me and I don't like it, am I being intolerant, do I have a problem with women, does she remind me of someone I don't like?
Ask yourself why you are so angry at this woman, and what it is about you that makes you call her a "broad." Where all the violent anger and bitterness come from. What is the real problem?
