We are trying to concieve, and looking for signs and symptoms?

Question

My husband and I are trying to conceive, month number one is done, we are waiting to see if I will get my period or if we get lucky :) I know in reality they say it takes 3-6 months, so the odds are we are not pregnant, but I am trying to find out what seems to be some of the normal signs and symptoms of early pregnancy. I am supposed to get my period tomorrow, and from may to sept had 28 day cycles, randomly October went 45 days, so I didn't even really know if I ovulated for sure, which I know there are ways to find out. I noticed a brownish pink discharge a few times today and I'm not very bloated or sore breats, acne not bad like it is on my period. So I don't know if it's period or implimanation. Anyway, a newbie here, so looking to see the norm.

it's very hard to tell you the signs of pregnancy since every women is different some women get lots of symptoms others get none 
obviously a mist period is a big sign 
sore/swelling boobs
tired
peeing a lot
headaches
back pain
nausea
irritability 
and the list goes on 
if this wasn't your month you should really start taking pre natal vitamin now 
you can also start tacking your basal body temp and use a ovulation prediction test kit this will help you predict ovulation so you can conceive best of luck

I'm 12 weeks and had the same symptoms. Go get a early pregnancy test if it comes back negative, get a blood test done it may be to soon for a urine.
