Magic the Gathering Illusion creatures?
For Aether Figment which is an Illusion spell does not expressly say on the card that "when aether figment becomes the target of a spell or ability sacrifice it' however it is still an illusion spell. is that implied with reminder text on some cards or is the rule only true of cards that explicitly say so?

That triggered ability is not part of the rulebook as far as being a property of all Illusion creatures, so only creatures it is printed on have that ability.

Illusions get sacrificed whenever they become a target of a spell or ability. The only things that target are spells and abilities that say "Target" in them, or use a keyword that uses "Target" in it's definition. Unfortunately, Enchant and Equip both use "Target" in their definitions, so you cannot cast Auras on a n Illusion creature. However, it is worth noting the Auras only Target while they are spells (aka, still on the Stack); once they are on the battlefield, they are simply "attached". So if you can manage to put an Aura on an illusion by soem other means that also does not target (say, the ability on Sovereigns of Lost Alara), you can have them be enchanted. It is just difficult. Hexproof has the same issues with targetting as far as opponent's Spells and abilities, but you can cast Auras on them just fine. But that does not stop the Illusion creature's ability causing the sacrifice, because, again, the sacrifice ability does not target the creature because it does not use the word "Target".

You cannot enchant an illusion creature with a spell (yes an enchantment is a spell once it is cast) that targets it. Other cards with hexproof can be enchanted as long as the protection is not the same type or color as the enchantment and that it is not an illusion card that will get sacrificed when it is targetted. When you cast an aura spell, you choose the target to which the card attached to.

There are literally hundreds of illusions that do not have that ability. Only creatures with that ability are affected by it. There is no rule stating that an illusion if targeted must be sacrificed.
