car accident dream interpretation?

I will try and keep this as short as i can and thank you for taking the time to attempt this unlock the meaning of this dream my friend told me about.

She takes this more seriously then me and apparently had dreams that came true in the past such as a dream about the death of her aunt a few weeks before her aunt passed away.

so basically in her dream i am with other people and in the car i am in, she is waving to me to say hi and the car explodes(it had nothing to do with her waving just a bomb or something) she comes up to me and i am alive but a large metal piece is stuck to my hand, she goes to my house in search of scissors to take it out and that's about it. I survive but she thinks its some sign that i need to change my life style.
