Can I double up on math classes in middle school?
I really want to take pre calculus in high school, so is it possible to take algebra 2 and geometry at the same time? I am in 7th grade and currently in algebra 1, and want to be taking algebra 2 next year. Should I try to use an elective period as an extra math class or can I take it over the summer?
I am getting really good grades, and usually only miss a couple points each quarter in math. I have kept a 4.0 through middle school so far and have an average of 99% in Math. Algebra 1 is really boring.
What can (should) I do?

you will get to take precalculus in high school, it's usually required! Why the rush?
I don't think they'd let you take two math classes because math is cumulative and you need to take one before the other.

Talk to your Algebra I teacher about it. Your teacher will know if you can handle both courses at the same time. You could also ask about doing an accelerated Algebra 1 so you can follow Algebra 1 with Algebra 2 this year. It would be like an independent study program. When I was in fifth grade, my teacher gave me books to study vector analysis on my own time. She recognized that I was capable of learning much more than what the regular math class covered.
