How can I search to find a good university for studying abroad?

I am an Iranian medical student,I study in one of the best universities in my country,AND I play the piano for about 15 years.I want to find a good university abroad that accepts me as a medical student or find a good course to learn music there and then decide whether to continue medicine or music.you know living here has lots of difficulties and studying here isn`t worth it,because the best university here is not even the last good one in the world;I just want to leave,but I also know that applying for medicine abroad is much more difficult than for music!

p.s:I`m studying my 3rd year in medicine and my grades are almost always above A.
