good ways to get rid of anxiety over school?

I have major anxiety over school. It's so bad that i have depression. My depression isn't just from anxiety but I think my depression will lessen if I get rid of my anxiety. I get an anxiety attack every night except friday night and saturday night. I have one every morning as soon as I wake up (between 5 and 6) untill about 8:30 (towards the end of spanish class. I talk to a therepist every week, she's given me calming tecniques but none of them seem to work for me. I'm also afraid that i'm becoming anorexic because whenever I eat I feel like i'm going to be sick. I'm eating today because i'm not at school. And i'm not sure if i'm going to eat dinner tonight because tomorrows friday and I still have school. I'm possibly starting online school after the trimester (so about December 5th, today's November 17). I have fairly good grades and plenty of friends. My family is average, meaning they sometimes argue but for the most part are a loving and supportive family. P.S I live with my grandparents (my dad's parents) and my younger brother whos only about a year and a half younger than me. PLEASE HELPP!!! P.S The only tea I drink is green tea with 2 tbs of sugar, if that makes a difference. Also I'm a 15 year old female if that also makes a difference.

Update:

P.S I've lost about 14 pounds in the last month from barely eating anything. I'm not doing this on purpose, I just would rather feel hungry at school then feel like i'm going to be sick. Also I have a fear of throwing up especially in public.

Update 2:

P.P.S When i have an anxiety attack my symptoms are:

severe nausea

chills and/or hot flashes

sweaty palms

shakiness

my heart starts to beat really fast

And I can't concentrate on ANYTHING

Update 3:

P.P.P.S my doctor refuses to give me medication for my anxiety and depression. She says there is more of a risk of suicide with medication. Even though my 14 year old sister is on anti-depressants.

The symptoms you have listed are classic depression with anxiety. Depression is related not only to what is happening in your life, it is a chemical imbalance that can be corrected with the right meds. Does your insurance require you to have a referral to see a specialist? If you don't know just call the number on the back of the insurance card and they will be happy to tell you. If you don't need a referral, make an appointment with a psychiatrist. They are the experts with prescribing the medications needed for this. If you need a referral, next time you see your doctor take the list of symptoms you listed in your question and ask for a referral to a psychiatrist. Good luck.

Try to be more health you need to eat being health is very important and it affects your health very much so. Also try to exercise it can help. I was seeing a therapist when I was younger and she helped a lot but what cured me of my anxiety was a product panic away. It did a step by step program that helped me a lot but its not for everyone. I hope that you can work things out I know it is tough now but hopefully it will get better as you get older. I will leave a link to my story below I hope that everything turns out alright for you.

i think you should change therapists..every therapist is different maybe you can find a better one or just tell her/him that nothing is working.. you have to be honest to get the help that you need..
