    No.

That's superstitious. Many people all over the country believe in superstitious.

Many people in the Philippines are also Catholics, and superstitious is the work of Satan. Don't believe THAT, just saying. It's only bad luck, if you believe.

Many home buyers like the last few houses at the end of a road for safety reasons: there are no "through" vehicle traffic and foot traffic. Some people also prefer homes on a cul-de-sac for the same reasons. Bad luck? Forget it.

Not at all we consider that luck. I prefer to settle myself on a dead end road than on an avenue where all kinds of motors are roaring in my ears but if i find an ideal place in the country side that much better

City life is not for me or for those who got used life in white Men's world. We are after of good sight, the nature, the calmness of late night and dawn, the birds singing on top of the trees, that's life. For us that's fantastic, not so much crowd, less pollution with fresh air

in case you advise for company purposes, a corner lot is right. besides the shown fact that, in case you particularly advise a house located on lots that's a ineffective end, and the lot stands perpendicular to this street, confident, it variety of feels at a foul region on account that any unfamiliar motorist would bypass crashing there at any 2nd. a fashion out would be to remodel the line to twist somewhat removed from the trajectory of the abode. Edit: yet another extra convenient treatment is to placed new jersey barriers in a curving course for any motorist that leads his motor vehicle no longer purely removed from the abode, yet to a secure section for parking. I remember as quickly as I lived in Certeza street in Pandacan. This street runs perpendicular to the Pasig River, and by using that element, there have been no barriers putting apart the line from the water. I dont know now whether it continues to be the region over there.

Actually, it is more of logic than a case of bad luck. But saying that it is "malas" is easier than to explain the reason(s). A house at the end of a road or "tumbok" as they call it in tagalog is an accident waiting to happen as the chances of a runaway vehicle crashing into your house or fence is greater than if the house was parallel to the road. Nothing more, nothing less.

for me it's a big fat NO! if you have a happy family member and nice house mates then its not a bad luck. Bad lucks are for lazy and negative people.

The 11 CATHOLIC cathedrals in Europe were built along cosmic lines by the stonemasons.

The stonemasons were subsequently purged by the same church that wiped out mysticism.

I like a house located on a cul-de-sac...There's not a lot of cars and i think it's safer if you have kids.

maybe bad for business because fewer people would pass that area.

another, the drafts of wind might be like that of a funnel, all the dirt, pollution would be heading your direction because of the built up area.

It will become bad luck only if someone chase you and you will get trap in that place, because a person that nowhere to run, must defend himself for the worth of his / her life.
