Df = Di + ViT+ 0.5at^2
Df = 0+0+ 0.5 x 9.81 x 3.1^2

your work is fine, but if you are familiar with significant figures, you should only use two significant figures in your answer, and report a distance of 47m

Yes, that is correct.
xf = x0 + v0t + (1/2)at^2
xf = 0 + 0t + (1/2)(-9.81)(3.1)^2
xf = -47.1371m
So the bridge is 47.1371m high.
