Will student loans this year affect grant financial aid next year?
I have gotten grants the past years which have covered my tuition. This year my financial aid got cancelled and when I put an appeal it got granted. But what I got back was only loans.
If I accept these loans will it affect my chances of getting grants again next year?
p.s. the only reason my grants were cancelled was because of my GPA, but I will get it up.

Taking out student loans this year will have no impact on your ability to receive grants next year. Student loans are a form of self help, and it would not be fair to penalize students for taking out loans by affecting their grants in the next year.
