Pain in hands. What could this be?
In the muscle in the palm of my hand, right below my thumb i have severe cramps. The muscle seems to cramp and then knot up.. then the veins that run up my wrist and across that muscle appear to swell...Its very painful . And it occurs at random times in either hand. Does anybody know what this may be?
also when this occurs i have limited movement of my hands. it hurts to open them all the way and hurts to close my hand into a fist.

Take some asprin or aleve could be a number of things but that would help with pain also i would get a brace for it and go to the dr it could be a pinched nerve
