How would you describe the act of painting?

The act of painting involves mixing pigments and applying them with a brush onto a canvas. Painting is a form of self expression, responding to inspiration, and having creative visual determination. You could describe the act of painting numerous ways (depending on the scenario): splashing color across a blank stretch of canvas, cautiously dotting the ground with paint, spreading the pigments across the canvas and letting the colors form new worlds.

Art is so much fun to write about because I believe that writing is yet another form of artistic expression, and therefore the descriptive possibilities are endless. Good luck and have fun! :)

Painting is putting your energy onto a piece of paper or canvas or any material, wich connects through you with your world. It's a kind of cooking, but in that case the boiled animals become alive, instead the opposite. Then finally the artwork is a part of your world
