Question about location of Master walk-in closet?

I'm thinking about remodeling my master bath with a design that would relocate the door to the walk-in closet out of the bath and into the bedroom. Would I be detracting from the value of the house if the entrance to the closet did not come off of the bath? The redesign would increase the usable space of the bath and allow for a larger vanity. Thanks for your opinions.

I think if it will increase the usable space and you can put a vanity there it will not depreciate the value. Also a double sink can be a significant appreciation it it is handy.
