How do get my abs even more cutt?
I have a 6 pack that you can see pretty well and I am holding a bet with my friends. The bet is who's abs look better. We have a month to make them great.
My problem is you can see my abs but there is a small layer of fat on it. I play basketball competitively and am in good shape. My core is decently strong. My question is:
How do i remove that layer of fat or skin on my abs? What work out?
How do I get those nice sex cuts? Do I work the hip flexors?
I am 6ft and 165, so im lean, I want to know how to get a smaller waist?

There is not much you can really do in just a month except to cut out ALL carbs from your diet. Note that this has some serious health consequences. Your body will go into a ketonic state which means it will start to eat away at both fat and muscles if you don't get enough protein, vitamins and minerals. This is how the Atkin diet works and this is not something for the long term. Other side effects includes really bad breathe, constipation, a strong craving for sweets, and some people experience trouble sleeping.

If you're reasonably fit, you will do much more benefit to your "six pack" by cutting weight (ie body fat) than doing more strength training. Actually, most guys who do sports or go to the gym on a regular basis have a great six pack, the problem being that it's hidden under fat (as you posted in martial arts, I think you should check out the great but not-so-slim fighter Fedor Emelianenko).
Skip your sugar-coated breakfast cereals and your Friday pizza-and-beer (or something else depending on your vices : ) and it will be a matter of weeks before you have you abs cut clear. For a quick-fix bonus however, try Dragon Flags to make your abs really happy. Google this exercise if you don't know it already. It's brutally effective.

As long as you're doing some good workouts, toning your abs won't be a problem. If it seems like the fat won't go away, try some dieting to remove the excess fat. Most people have good abs, its just the layer of fat that covers them prevents them from showing.
Instead of snacking on junk food , you could snack on celery or an apple. Anything high in fiber will make you feel full and won't stick to your stomach. As soon as you win the bet, you could go back to eating regular food if you want :P

there are lots of approaches suchas leg increases, crunches and take a seat ups, however one of the most satisfactory approaches is to seize a nine kilo medication ball and get a freind todrop iton your abs 5 instances then do 5 situps do that for 5 mins on a daily basis ;)
