I personally think Floyd should be #1 pound for pound. ESPN (Dan Rafeal), Sports Illustrated, and Yahoo Sports all have moved him to #1. BUT, I think the RING is authority on these matters. The RING and boxrec.com both have kept Manny Pacquiao #1 on their pound for pound lists...so until they change it...Floyd is only #2 pound for pound.

I think he is a better boxer, with better skills and an undefeated record. He also man-handled the Juan Manuel Marquez that Manny struggled with (and may have lost to). Since the fight was an official win, The RING did not move Manny, so I won't either.

i think after mannys performance vs JMM its hard not to have floyd at no1 the thing with p4p rating it's your opinion rather than a linear title like a world title so for me i find it hard to have manny as no1 when i thought he lost his last fight and floyd looked better in his last bout .so it's floyd at no1
