God hates people being lesbian?
I feel really lesbian. I think a few guys are kinda cute, but nothing more. I think some girls are hot, and I want to date them, etc.
The problem is, in the bible, it says that homosexuality is a sin. Should I try to stop being lesbian and just stay single? I don't want to force myself to be with a guy. How did I "choose" to be lesbian? I just feel this way.
In my religion, lesbians are "sex perverts" with a "shameful lust". But I don't get how "dreaming" about girls is any worse than "dreaming" about guys. Also, being lesbian or gay isn't natural, guys and girls bodies are made to fit together.
My religion is very important to me. Please help!

Love is NOT a sin. The Bible does outlaw sodomy (anal sex) but it has nothing against homosexuality. If you are referring to Leviticus first of all there's A LOT of stuff we don't follow in that book anyway. Second why do Christians use Leviticus against gays but not Jews??! The Bible isn't against homosexuality people are. Look, if the Bible supports rape and pedophilia (Numbers 31:17-18) and genocide (1Samuel 15:2-4) then I'm pretty sure it supports homosexuality. which is way more acceptable.

This is something a lot of people deal with. If you are gay, then you didn't choose it, obviously you're religion and it's teachings are important to you so the fact that you chose it doesn't make much sense now does it? As far it not being natural I think plenty of people would disagree. You have to do what makes you happy.

Oh my Bob. Stop listening to what everything tells you and face reality. Unless you built a time machine and went back in time to see them making the bible then you don't know **** about it. Do you know how much the bible could have been altered over hundreds of years?
If you want to be a lesbian than be it. It's better to live your life happily than to live a lie.

In the bible, somewhere, it is said that homosexuality is a sin. So is being greedy, selfish, arrogance, pride, etc. God doesn't hate you, it is just considered to be a sin. Besides aren't all sin forgiven when you confess before you die? Yes they are.

Religion is against homosexuality because it doest produce more followers for their cause
That's why Catholics can't masterbate. It's all about more of them to give more $$ to the church. Like meatless Fridays to help out the Italian fishermen of the past. It's all for the selfishness of religion

Why don't you slowly build into your system that you like guys. If you tell someone a lie, eventually they'll believe it. Trying dating with your eyes closed to find that right one.
