Fred Jackson for Jermichael Finley, Steve Smith(CAR) and Tony Romo in PPR league?

Passing touchdowns are worth 6 pts, FJ's current QB is Cutler and current TE is Jake Ballard and I've got romo to spare, which side is gaining more and is it at a minimum a fair trade(trading a friend of mine and dont want to take advantage of the fact that he knows little about fantasy football)

Update:

His roster is Cutler, Gore, Jackson, Lynch, Welker, David Nelson, Ballard with his notables on his bench being Roethlisberger, Austin, & Tomlinson

You left out some key information - what does this do to his RB situation? However, in general, this looks like a good deal for him. In exchange for a top RB, he upgrades some at QB, a lot at TE and gets one of the top WRs. There's not real way to tell which team is gaining more without seeing the full rosters. He'll have to drop two players (Ballard + another probably) and you'll get to pick up two FAs. However, the outcome depends on what this does overall to the two rosters.
