First do you ever get used to your rubber bands for braces? Also, I go to bed wiht them on and i guess i sleep wlak but i always wake up wiht them off???

You do get used to them it takes a while but you do and before you know it there off! Sorry I dunno about your sleepwalking because you need to wear them all the time
