What to do about flakey skin?

In the past few months the skin on my face has started to get little flakes on it. Especially around my mouth & nose. And on my cheeks. They are just little flakes that only I notice, but it bothers me. My skin might be sensitive and I think it might be the products I use. I use "Neutrogena pink grapefruit facial cleanser" in the morning and "L'oreal go 360 clean facial cleanser" at night. I have pretty clear skin, and sometimes get a few pimples on my forehead but that's it. Does anyone know of any skin products I should use for my flaky skin?

I do not have flaky skin but my skin is sensitive and it can be easy for it to be dry especially during the winter months. I would recommend to stop using both of the facial cleansing products that you are currently using. (Neutrogena's products just don't work for me, I've tried many of their facial cleansing products and they all seem to dry out my skin.) I use Cetaphil because it doesn't have a lot of chemicals in it, it keeps my skin pretty clear, and it nourishes my skin. I would recommend after you wash your face to apply a moisturizer (just a thin layer will do). The skin moisturizer I use is prescribed by a dermatologist but here is a link to Eucerin Extra Protective Moisture Lotion. I also recommend Aveeno moisturizers.
