Short answer: From customer reviews I've read it seems very scammy. The Better Business Bureau also warned against them after receiving over 200 complaints in Delaware alone. I wouldn't trust them with my credit card information.

    Longer answer:

I was wondering the same thing so I checked out Scambook.com. You could also just type in "no more rack scam" into Google and all of the complaints will pop up. I read through a lot them to see if they were valid because some people just like to complain over stupid little things. The first few reviews crying "scam" sounded to me like the customers just didn't read the rules and terms of agreement on how bids work. The bidding area of the website charges for each bid made...whether you win the item or not. This is clearly explained on the site but some people don't read that and then get all upset when they are charged.

HOWEVER, as I read on, the complaints seemed more serious. One person claimed they sent her completely broken merchandise and refused to refund her money or return her calls or emails. The thing that sealed my decision was that multiple people have claimed to have been charged hundreds of dollars of fees just after signing up and entering their credit card info before they bought or bid on anything. When they tried to get their money back, the company just gave them the run-around and refused to refund. Many of the people had to file CREDIT CARD FRAUD complaints with their banks.

I think that the unbelievable deals are just to get you in the door. Once there, you're prompted to create an account with your credit card info right away. The deals to "BUY" are not very numerous or that awesome and they don't change very often...not daily like they claim. The real business is in the deals to "BID" on (it redirects you to: bidrack.com...same company, different name). They charge for each bid (unlike legitimate auction sites like ebay) so you end up paying just to bid and they recoup thousands more in bids on each item than the item is even worth. The business model is closer to gambling than auctioning. That's shaky from a moral standpoint - but the way the site seems so eager to get my credit card info before I even go to buy or bid and the fact that many people experienced entirely unauthorized charges is a big fat RED FLAG for me. The only bet I'll be making is that this company is a SCAM.

I have used No More Rack on a few different occasions but this last transaction has me not wanting to ever shop there again. I would warn anyone against purchasing from them. I just spent $154 on 3 pairs of boots and other accessories. The first thing you should know about No More Rack is that anything marked as a Final Sale item is nonrefundable and you cannot make exchanges or receive credit. This is where they get you. I made my purchases knowing that the boots were final sale, HOWEVER they listed the boots as New not Used. All of my items were shipped separately from different places and arrived at different times. I received two pairs of boots together and they were perfectly fine. I received my final pair of boots yesterday and I could tell they were obviously used even before I opened the shoe box. I received the package at work and my coworker completely agreed. The bottom was scuffed, the heel was scuffed and worn on the right, there were black smudges on the back of the heel as well as an obvious "walk line" across the top. I was so, so disappointed because of all the boots I ordered these were the ones I wanted most. I took pictures and emailed customer care only to receive a rehearsed email saying it was a final sale and there's nothing they can do. I strongly suggest no one make purchases from this site. I'm not saying it's a scam because I have ordered other items with no issue, but once something like this happens it shakes your confidence. I could only post one picture but you can tell from the heel that these are not new boots.

I have ordered here with so/so results. First, I was not fooled by the claim of a "genuine" tanzanite for $19.00 but liked the ring and bought it anyway. It is very pretty. The picture was accurate but this cannot be genuine for two reasons. 1) real tanzanite is very pricey. 2) the color was too nice - looked more like Iolite but I am sure it was manufactured at best.

Bought some bras with a successful fit, a reconditioned printer that is good and a silver chain that is pretty.

But, I ordered the six tank tops in size 2x/3x which it says on the tags. they are very very small. I will give them to my daughter as returns are not easy here.

Finally, last holiday season, I ordered some boots. They arrived and were oddly narrow in the calf as well as scuffed. When I called customer service, they told me the boots had been discontinted and could not be replaced. I was told I would get half my money back. I was upset because I could[t use the boots and wanted to get a refund. I was given the boots at no cost and then given a credit for another half of the price. Not bad if you haggle

Not sure I would shop here often as it is a little of a hassle, but if you use some wisdom, it isn't bad for what it is

Order two pairs of Ugg type boots for christmas, but got wrong size for my wife. Thought they would have a time period to make a returns after christmas but they said it was pass the 7 day and even their 14 day return policy. I ordered ahead so they would be here for christmas, so now they can not be returned. They also said they were sold as ALL SALES FINAL. Never saw that on the order form or web page. If you are invested in this website and have stock in this company, better sell now because they wont be around next christmas. The 2nd purchase I made was an Otterbox case. Ordered a grey / white case, but got a black case. Decide was not worth send it back. Now I know they would have not taken it back anyway. Never again am I ordering from them. Already have unsubscriped from their email. Glad I'm only out about $50. "NoMore" is the fitting part of their name.

    Hello,

I would just like to say NoMoreRack is not a bidding site. I was too was hesitant when I first started ordering from there so I ordered a $6.00 pair of earrings just to test the quality and how the shipping process works. I will say sometimes shipping takes a while depending on what you ordered. Every since my first order however I have made several purchases from them and I am happy with my products. As with anything else follow your own mind and personal feelings. If you have a bad feeling about the site don't order and stress about it. If you want to try it start with something small and inexpensive on a prepaid card and see what happens. Everyone has there own personal feelings and they all will not be the same. Hope this helps you.

Hi, yes I have purchased from them 4 times now and am more then happy with what I have received. After all the negative reviews I have read let me say I have had no trouble. I find an item I like then go the actual website for that item to check price/shipping/description and match it against nomorerack. I have never had a odd charge from them. I do use PayPal. In fact I liked the boots I got so much I ordered another pair, couldn't beat the price. I feel bad for the folks who have had a bad experience. I'm going to the site now:)

So glad I only ordered an item for $27.00 on 12/16/2013. As of this date 01/03/2014 my order has been completed and delivered to Florida which is a little inconvenient since I live in Michigan. Unable to talk with anyone at No More Rack…"high volume of calls due to holiday". Emailed concerns with nothing but boiler plate responses with very little information. Tracking order first estimated deliver on 01/02/2014. On Jan 3, checked the tracking to find out my order was shipped to Largo FL. Someone in Fl is enjoying 1800 count egyptian cotton sheets at my expense. Needless to say I will never use this onsite retail site again. and count my blessings that I only lost a small amount, with no hopes of refund.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANY PURCHASES.

The webpage is legit the only problem I had with them is the emails they constantly sent stating they'd give me discounts within this amount of time and days but when I went to go use them they had all disappeared. They say that the flat rate $2.00 shipping is free your first purchase yet it isn't. I've called several times their phones answer and say they're only open Monday-Friday 8am-9pm yet I called MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY and their automated system said they were closed on all those days. The only way of contacting them directly is through email which isn't helpful and confusing. By far I 'd have to say this site is crappy unless you're willing to risk a lot. They even ship each item separately instead of all together because they go through different vendors and once a final sale on a item you may not return or get a refund and the sucky thing is they only do in-store credit but when asked about my first time purchase $2.00 shipping I was told I got it credit yet both my orders were charged $2.00. It's so misleading and needs a bit tweaking. Overall my rating for them is a 3

thought I would add my two cents into the mix. I order from this site from time to time. The site is a Segway, similar to eBay, only you do not see the sellers or know anything about them. eBay is nice because you can see the seller's reviews etc. In this site it is what it is. Certain things at a certain price. You click and buy. items I have ordered have all worked out ok. I have ordered a curling iron, purse, purse insert organizer, nose hair trimmers, Ipad cases, sunglasses, pillows, and many other items. I do not know their return policies and or how that works out for some. I would say order carefully, know what it is you are buying. So far, I have had no issues and it seems to be a legit site. Whether or not all the sellers they use are legit, I do not know.

I have placed 2 orders with "Nomorerack". One on Dec 27th & the 2nd on Dec 30. Today is Jan 10 & I have yet to receive either order. I did receive a message that the 1st order had shipped on Jan 6 & is supposedly "enroute". The 2nd order is still "being processed". I have ordered other items from several other companies since I ordered from Nomorerack & have already received these orders. I would like to know why it is taking Nomorerack so long to ship. On their website they have a message that there are shipping delays due to the weather in the midwest & east coast. Strange that they would have delays & other companies have not. Time will tell if I've been scammed. Luckily I always pay via Paypal!!

This is the site everyone is talking about right? http://www.nomorerack.com/

I ordered $90 worth of stuff today, 1/6/2014, so far it seems legit. I got a confirmation email and I will get back to everyone once my sheets and comforter comes. They have live chat, a customer service email address and a secure message system.

Some people may be confused as to the company and some may just be looking for a handout, as most people do. I'm an avid online shopper and I'm pretty much satisfied shopping this way. (As I live on an army base in the middle of nowhere). Like I said, I will keep you posted on when and if my stuff comes;)
