I received alerts that my xbox live gamertag was changed, ms points bundles and transactions that I didnt do. Could I be hacked?

perhaps! but did you pay Xbox live for changing your gamertag? because you know it costs 800 gamer points. if you didn't ( which I don't know how Xbox live allowed it) than you must pay the money, other wise if you have, then there is a high possibility that you are hacked! but if the problem still remains, then call Xbox live for further help

Yes, you could be hacked, probably a virus on your computer, reccomend a scan, and password changes all around.
