A 'New Two and a Half Men' question.?

ok Charlie died because one of his many crazy ex girlfriends pushed him into an oncoming train. After the funeral, Alan has to put Charlie's house up for sale. He plans to stay there until he sells the house. One night Walden (Ashton Kutcher) shows up all soaking wet on Alan's doorstep wanting to get dry and asks to use the phone. This is all after Walden chickened out on his suicide attempt (he tried to drown himself in the ocean), which was attempted because his wife wants a divorce and he can't see himself living without her. He then asks Alan if the house is his, in which Alan then tells him no it's my dead brother's and I'm trying to sell it. Walden then starts to admire the house and then says that he'll buy it. Alan astonished that it was that easy to sell the house agrees. Alan then moves back in with his mother and things begin to get a little weird and he ends up regretting it. Walden becomes lonely and depressed without anyone in the house so he goes out to find Alan so that he can have someone to hang out with. Him and Alan begin a friendship and Walden decides that he wants Alan to live with him because he doesn't want to be alone. So now Alan and Jake live in the house where they once lived with Charlie.

Charlie married the psycho neighbor girl who grew tired of Charlie and pushed him under a train in Europe.

Alan inherited the beach house but Charlie had three mortgages on the place and Alan did not have the money to keep the place.

Alan bumped into Waldon at a bar and got Waldon to start drinking and learned that Waldon was a millionaire computer programmer whose wife was divorcing him and who could use a new place to stay.

Several drinks later and two women having sex with him and Walden offered to buy the place.

Alan went back to live with his mother but that was not good so he lucks out when Waldon tries to get back with his wife and Alan is there for Walden.

Again more drinking and more girls from a local college and Walden is likely to get busted if not for Alan taking the heat with Waldon's wife.

At that point Walden invites Alan to stay with him sort of as he says something like anything i can do for you I am there and Alan moves right back in.

Well Charlie died and now the guy is called Walter and he came in just to use the bathroom or something and he was really upset because he just had a divorce and he wanted to buy Alan's house so I think they moved in together eventually.
