Skyrim: Do skills still increase if you reach max level?
Really I have a two part question:
1. What is the max level?
2. If I do hit max level and don't have say blacksmithing maxed out, will I still be able to work on smithing in order to create the Dragon Armor?

The "level cap" of Skyrim is the level you're at when all your skills hit 100 (it's around 75, give or take.)
So, you're not going to hit a point where your skills are still going up but you can't buy perks, if that's what you're afraid of.
