I need piano notes help..?

so i am just starting to learn the piano, and i can't yet read notes...

i have a few songs that have the piano notes with the actual letters of the keys.

so instead of those dots on the lines, its the letter 'c' or 'a' etc..

i hope you get what i mean.

but my question is, do you know where i could look at free music sheets that are like this?

please help :)

thank you!

when i first learned piano i tried to find websites like that but i couldn't:( you should use this thing called synthesia you don't have to have the letters to use synthesia. I learned how to play songs like canon in D and fur elise on this!

here is my favorite song on piano using synthesia

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5niwcz-Cas

i strongly recommend that you use this it's not as hard as it looks you can learn easier songs here too

if you want to download it go here:

www.synthesiagame.com (it's free by the way)

or you can go on youtube and type in a song with synthesia after it (memory of lightwaves synthesia)

trust me it works i did multiple piano recitals and people always tell me that i'm really good:)

you should learn how to read sheet music one day it will also come in handy:0

Source(s): taught myself how to play piano and i've been playing for almost 2 years

I am afraid we don't do 'letters of keys' here. Why would we want to spend all that time? Merely having a string of letters tells you nothing about how to play the music. Even if I just give you 'A' - how do you know which 'A' to play? How do you know how long the notes are? Or how loud they are? Or what harmony is needed? Or what rhythm is required? You can't tell any of these things. That's what musical notation is for.

Although you are a beginner, you really must learn to read music. It's not that difficult (very young children can do it - therefore, so can you). Once you have mastered this small task (and it's a LOT easier than learning to read and write), you will have the whole musical world at your fingertips.
