hm... okay, well i'm a senior too so i can totally relate :D first off, i think you should totally date him! 2 years is really NOT a big difference! i really think that age doesn't matter - and if you like him, and he likes you, then totally go for it <3333 unfortunately, it is illegal for a person over 18 yrs old to have sex with someone under 18 yrs old... BUT i don't honestly don't think that should stop you. Sex is intimate, and everyone doesn't need to know about what you do with you - basically what i'm saying is that although it is technically 'illegal' for an 18 yr old to have sex with a 15 year old, you shouldn't fear because the police will never find out - and don't worry... oh my, i hope this helps!!!! good luck!!!! <3

This is not true, if you're 18 you can legally consent to someone who is more that four years younger than you, so a 14 year old or older. And if you're 19, then you can legally consent to someone who is 15 or younger until you reach the age of 22 when it is only legal for you to consent with people who are at least 18 years of age or older.

Age differences like this shouldn't be a problem, I personally find it romantic when things like this happen (the small age difference with the girl being older). But when you mentioned the 17 year old going to jail, I think they must have had sex, because with an age difference like yours, and you're not sexually active, you CANNOT go to jail.

As long as your under 18 and not considered am adult you should be fine! But if he's a freshman he probably isn't as mature and do you really want to take an innocent 15 year olds virginity? Like really? I'd find a guy your own age or a bit older. You can do much better:)
