Skyrim: How to upgrade heal?
I have one restoration spell that i have been using for 25 levels now and it heals really slow, because it's the lowest grade of skill, how and where can i upgrade it to apprentice or adept lv skill so it can heal more
Or if that isn't possible, where can i learn a spell that can heal much more

You need to buy an improved spell. What is available to you will depend on your Restoration skill level. But you should at least be able to get Fast Healing from either the Mages College in Winterhold, or the court wizard at any town. The link I add below this will show you all the Restoration spells in Skyrim, hope that helps

By level 25, you should have easily obtained "fast healing" from the mage at Dragonsreach. I still use that spell at level 50.
Close wounds spell is also obtainable at Winterhold and maybe later on at Dragonsreach too but I don't use it since I haven't taken the perk that halves the mana cost of that spell and I doubt you need it anyway
Good Luck
